Position Description

You will be a flexible project support team member responsible for the installation, removal and relocation of coffee & hot beverage equipment for a number of national and global clients’, promoting the UCC brand by working in a professional and customer friendly manner

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to Health and Safety procedures, undertaking risk assessments to ensure that it is safe to work and bring any risks to the attention of the company and its management

  • Complete all necessary on-line job sheets, time sheets and other documentation as required, ensuring any paper work is available and has been reviewed and understood before setting off to site

  • Complete all necessary pre-installation checks, liaising with the client, other trades and third parties as indicated on the work instructions to demonstrate a high level of customer care

  • Install equipment in line with company standards and current regulations, completing all post installation & commissioning checks

  • Identify any changes to scope or requests by the client, record any changes and complete all client paperwork prior to leaving premises to validate client satisfaction

  • Keep in good working order all tools, equipment and vehicles supplied by the company, reporting any faults, breakages or equipment failures to your line manager daily

  • Provide agreed spare parts stocks via hand held unit to ensure that parts are invoiced to the customer, deducted from stock and replenished to maintain your vehicle stock inventory

  • Undertake other technical and support tasks as requested

    Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrates a passion for customer service with a field service background

  • Self-motivated with a flexible approach to working hours with nights away from home

  • Solid technical and mechanical aptitude with effective problem solving skills

  • Electrical qualification (desirable)

  • Good understanding of coffee quality and associated equipment

  • Confident user of computer/digital hand held devices

  • Excellent geographical knowledge of the UK and holds a clean driving licence

Salary: up to £33k + Company Vehicle + 25 days holiday + other company benefits.
