Position Requirements

Your role.

We are looking for people to help us grow our communications and change service offering. We have an opportunity for a new experienced Change and Communications Manager to join our Change and Communications team in Sydney.

You’ll be responsible for managing the planning and execution of change, communication, engagement and consultation strategies for our clients on construction and infrastructure projects. You will:

  • Provide advice and planning for projects, for best practice change, communication, engagement and consultation that supports project success.
  • Lead community engagement across specified projects, from early planning to infrastructure delivery.
  • Support the project to deliver communications, including community and stakeholder briefings, presentations, and other collateral delivered through existing client channels.
  • Develop and deliver change management strategies to support projects throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Protect and promote client’s reputation and identity, deliver strategic advice and issues management to support the successful project delivery.  



You can demonstrate your highly developed written and verbal communication skills, strong community engagement skills and change experience through:

  • At least 7 years’ experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, community relations, change management or any related field.
  • Certification in a change management framework (e.g. PROSCI) would be a plus.
  • Experience working on construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies and plans to support the entire lifecycle of a project.
  • A strong business acumen with the capability to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand and communicate project issues clearly and accurately as it relates to stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects across different locations.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support and manage client and stakeholder expectations.
