Position Description
Under the supervision of a Facilities Shift Manager, the incumbent provides set-up and take down services for Event Center and Conference room activities. At times duties may also include shoveling snow and collecting garbage as needed to support casino / event operations. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Position Requirements

Education/Experience:

  1. Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.


Language Skills and Reasoning Ability:

  1. Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively to the public, employees and customers.
  2. Must have basic math skills.
  3. Ability to follow set-up instructions, read drawings and plans.
  4. Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and employees.
  5. Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
