Position Description
The Database Administrator will monitor and maintain the database systems that support the applications at Saint Francis Medical Center and the Saint
Francis Medical Partners. This includes but is not limited to completing build configuration, performing release updates, running utilities, managing
security setup, environment set up, proactive monitoring, and maintenance. The Database Administrator will report to the Manager, Technology and
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
● At least 3 years of database management experience
● Experience with Windows Server and Linux
● Experince in managing database security, b ackups, and recoveries
● Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
● Excellent communication and organizational skills
● Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
● Understand performance metrics, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting issues
● Experience with Microsoft SQL and Caché databases
