Position Description
The Program Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for the strategic development and execution of marketing communications supporting participant program and promotional launches and providing ongoing marketing support for existing participant accounts. This position will also provide marketing and sales support for business development initiatives.

Responsibilities & Tasks
• Establish lines of communication and build rapport with all key Participant and Licensee stakeholders and develop productive working relationships
• Integrate with Participant’s and Licensee’s annual marketing plan to achieve year-over-year revenue increases and advancement of defined program goals
• Design, forecast, evaluate, and report on revenue performance
• Organize and analyze various data elements to identify program trends, including issues and promotion/campaign successes
• Collaborate with Participants, Licensees and internal resources on the design/experience (both creative and technical), promotional positioning, channel marketing (including targeting) and frequency to drive member acquisition and engagement in loyalty program
• Cooperatively develop (internally and with Participants and Licensees) member engagement, reactivation and “best member” promotional campaigns that may also include additional bonus incentives within the program offering
• Proactively monitor all relevant KPIs for assigned programs
• Keep abreast of key developments/changes occurring in the Participant’s industry that impact their loyalty and/or marketing influence
• Manage all aspects of the day-to-day activities associated with the overall growth and development of the Participant and Licensee
• Act as subject matter expert (internal and external) for all aspects of assigned accounts and associated members
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (including MarComm, business intelligence, technical operations, customer care, accounting, legal, etc.)
• Develop and recommend bonus reward opportunities that support the program growth goals while ensuring a positive ROI
• Effectively and proactively demonstrate program results and ROI to participants
Position Requirements
Knowledge & Skills:
• At least 8 years of professional experience in key account management, loyalty marketing, retail/shopper marketing, project management, or partnership management
• DFW based
• College degree
• 40% travel required
• Strong marketing background; loyalty background a plus
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have experience in forecasting, budgeting, analytics and evaluating performance against KPIs
• Must have experience building and delivering presentations to senior management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Internet, and blended learning tools and solutions
Preferred Knowledge & Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to support multiple and diverse Participant programs simultaneously
• Excellent problem solving skills with strong commitment to meeting business needs
• Flexibility to work as needed to support customer requirements
