Position Description
As a Product Manager, you will guide a team that is responsible for design, development and implementation of strategic initiatives that will support our business operations. The Product Manager will be responsible for working with key stakeholders across various business units and will be providing solutions to support key business initiatives. Under this role, you will be asked to develop strategic roadmaps, provide process improvements, support new development and integration projects and support and maintain existing systems that are already in place. This position requires maintaining a 360-degree view of our corporate business processes, customer interaction, and the ability to be a cross-functional leader/liaison between our business units and information systems development team. As a Product Manager, you should possess a unique blend of business knowledge, industry experience, product design, technical analysis and big-picture vision. You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company effectively, orchestrate strategic planning sessions with key stakeholders and have extensive analytical and design abilities. This position requires flexibility to help move a strategic vision forward while ensuring ongoing business continuity.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Overall product management for our corporate Salesforce.com system and internal software systems, services and solutions
• Facilitate technical steering meetings with key stakeholders to drive initiatives and define strategic product roadmap
• Work with various business units to understand their needs and devise solutions to support enhanced business productivity and continuity
• Translate product strategy into detailed user stories while working with development team to implement features
• Bring a detailed eye for user experience and design to ensure features drive high adoption and stakeholder enthusiasm
• Prioritizes product backlog to ensure business goals are met and manage product releases in an agile environment
• Develop requirements based on overall offering to the customers as aligned with the business roadmap
• Drive deliverables across cross-functional teams and operate effectively in a dynamic, fluid, agile environment
• Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining results
• Excellent oral and written communications skills; experience taking direction from multiple sources and creating a shared product vision
• Be high energy and capable of multi-tasking
• Ability to drive consensus on product requirements and priorities for both short and long-term product plans
• Identify opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements
• Define the long term strategy of the product and create product roadmap while taking into consideration overall business strategy
• Prepare product documents including Market Requirement Documents and product use cases to drive product activity
Position Requirements
• 2+ years in an Information Systems consulting role (or similar) preferred
• 2+ years business process modeling and engineering experience preferred
• 2+ years product management experience and/or managing a suite of product deliverables; familiar with software development project lifecycles and management (SDLC)
• SF Certified Administrator is preferred
• Experience managing the deployment and release of new product features and product patches to various internal and external IS systems
• Practitioner of agile methodologies in product management with attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage portfolio of products. Able to understand the technical architecture of the product line at a high-level
• Strong presentation and communication skills with a team player attitude
• General knowledge of Salesforce use of objects, classes, views and roles
• Experience with ESB and ETL solutions
• Understanding of data transfer concepts using REST and SOAP APIs
• Ability to handle multiple project deliverables and balance multiple priorities and deadlines is critical
• Excellent People Skills; demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical individuals, both in gathering information and communicating direction and status
