|The Program Development Manager is responsible for program optimization for various assigned Fuel Rewards clients. The goal of this position is to become an invaluable loyalty advisor to our clients to deliver strategy, technology, analytics and services. Our clients will rely on the Program Development Manager to develop and support new opportunities to promote the brand in the marketplace. This position will support the long¬term vision of the Fuel Rewards strategy within the assigned accounts. Responsibilities include strengthening relationships with the retail partners, driving sales and growing the program, visiting store/site locations within a specified territory. The Program Development Manager must represent both Excentus and the client professionally and strive to achieve all program goals and objectives.
Responsibilities & Tasks
-Clearly articulate our value proposition, the program, and the long¬-term direction of Fuel Rewards Act as subject-matter expert for all aspects of assigned clients and associated members
-Collaborate with clients on the design/experience (creative and technical), promotional positioning, channel marketing, and frequency to drive member acquisition in the Fuel Rewards program
-Design, forecast, evaluate, and report on relevant marketing initiatives to drive program growth
-Organize and analyze various data elements to identify program trends, including issues and promotion/campaign successes
-Keep abreast of key changes occurring in the client's industry that impact their loyalty and marketing influence
-Regularly assess clients’ business needs, and proactively discuss products and services to help them achieve their goals and grow Excentus revenues YoY
-Provide reporting to measure program effectiveness in client markets
-Monitor all relevant KPIs for assigned programs
-Work closely with clients to plan events involving the fuel rewards
-Work cross-functionally with internal Excentus teams including marketing, business intelligence, technical operations, customer care, accounting, legal, etc
-Assists with local store marketing efforts at the grass roots level Meet or exceed minimum revenue targets
-Maintain the highest levels of client’s satisfaction and integrity
|-7+ years prior experience as a Program Manager, Account Manager, Inside ---Sales, Account Executive, Project Manager or similar role
-Strong Marketing background; loyalty background a plus
-Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
-Must have experience in forecasting, budgeting, analytics and evaluating performance against KPIs Must have experience building and delivering presentations to senior management
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Internet, and blended learning tools and solutions
